Based on its Quaker roots, Chandler Hall is committed to serving others with services that enrich the lives of aging individuals and their families. Through the generosity of the community, donors, and sponsors we are able to achieve this important mission. Our three annual fundraising events help Chandler Hall offer benevolent care, or financial aid, to families seeking hospice care or memory care, regardless of their financial situation.
We welcome everyone to participate and look forward to gathering with you at one or all of our festive events!
Chandler Hall’s signature culinary event began as Culinary Classics, a tasting party held in our spacious Wright Meeting Hall. In 2019, the event was transformed into the elegant Culinary Gala, a seated, chef-prepared, gourmet dinner. On October 1, 2020, we “Brought It Home” with a virtual Culinary Gala! With auction items, special messages, and some fun from Chandler Hall’s friends, guests enjoyed the Gala from the comfort of their own homes!
Each year, the Special Appeal raises money for a specific project on campus. Special appeal projects have included upgrading the Hospice Pavilion entrance, renovating the Hospice Pavilion kitchen, and transforming the Muller Library into a dementia-friendly space. Each project is thoughtfully chosen as one that will support the needs of residents and families.
This annual event is a festive gathering of friends that celebrates good food and community spirit — no matter what the location!
