Chandler Hall Cottages

These two-bedroom two bath residences have a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry with either a sunroom or patio option and a covered car port structure. These units range from 1,190 sq. ft. – 1,350 sq. ft. of living space. You decorate the space your way and bring your own furniture. All major appliances and outside maintenance are included. There is also plenty of parking available for family and friends to visit. You may choose to join the continuing care community option or lease them annually – see the pricing chart below.

Chandler Hall Lofts

These two-bedroom, two bath Lofts have a full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and master walk-in closets and are located on the second floor of our Fox Hollow building above the Newtown YMCA. These units range from 1,000 sq. ft. – 1,600 sq. ft. of living space. You decorate the space your way and bring your own furniture. Each contains their own private entrance accessible by elevator. All major appliances and outside maintenance are included with designated parking and ample parking available for family and friends. You may choose to join the continuing care community option or lease them annually – see the pricing chart below.

As you can see from the chart above, your costs will depend in part on what size of home you feel is suitable for you and what level of added amenities you choose. We offer two pricing options: one where you join the Chandler Hall Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) Entrance Fee, or you may choose the annual leased option. The CCRC means if your health got worse, you would receive first priority to other living options within the Chandler Hall campus – Personal Care, Memory Care, Skilled Care, Palliative Care, and Hospice. If you choose the annual leased option, your monthly fees are higher, but your entrance fee is less.

Please Note: The Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) Entrance fee plan is a 50% refundable fee depending on the Cottage or Loft you choose.
