2025 Golf Classic Fundraiser

Hit the course for a good cause – our goal is to support seniors using our Hospice and Personal Care Programs.

Join us for a day on the greens at the Chandler Hall Annual Golf Classic held at Makefield Highlands Golf Course. Gather friends, family, and co-workers, enjoy lunch, then 18 holes of fun on the greens, followed by an open bar and dinner. All donations from this golf outing will benefit the Personal Care residents at Chandler Hall and help us expand our Hospice Services to even more families.
